Had some pretty good time celebrating my birthday. The wine was especially good -- I've stumbled onto a bottle of an off-dry Rhoditis at the grocery store and it turned out to be one of the best whites I've had in a long while, and for $10 at that.
Oddly enough, two glasses were quite enough to support the mood. Alas, it was also enough to induce a hangover, however minor. Health concerns aside, I guess drinking once in a blue moon has its benefits -- it sure does get a lot cheaper for all the same experience.
